Our service centre

Our Service Centre offers two coachcraft repair centres, as well as 6 bays for servicing, accessory fitment and remedial work. This spacious working environment provides our technicians with plenty of room to get in, out and around your motorhome to ensure everything is freely and thoroughly checked. We are proud to be longstanding members of the AWS Approved Workshop Scheme. AWS is the UK's largest group of independently assessed workshops and is seen as the benchmark for motorhome and touring caravan servicing in the UK. In order to be accepted on to the Scheme, all workshops must pass an annual inspection by a team of independent assessors and must comply with the Scheme's rigorous standards. So you'll know that the right things are done, by the right people and to a high standard.

Our technicians

We have 6 trained technicians, each bringing to the table a wealth of skillsets and individual expertise. They are trained on Dometic, Truma, Thetford, Smev, Shurflo and Waeco appliances to name just a few.

You can rest assured knowing that we can professionally fit the latest accessories and additional extras from leading brands such as Fiamma, Thule, Gaslow, Avtex, Oyster, Vison Plus and the list goes on!

Our technicians have over 40 years combined experience, so you’ll feel confident leaving your pride and joy in our more than capable hands each and every time.

Our services

We recognise that the beauty of owning your motorhome is being able to customise it to your own personal taste, with essential items such as Awnings, Solar Panels, Bike Racks, and TV’s. But RV Super Centre go a step further and can get your leisure vehicle fitted with the more specialist products such as internet satellite systems, alarm systems, privacy rooms, wheelchair carry boxes and much more…the possibilities are endless!

We can also offer full mechanical services to most vehicles as well as oil changes and MOT’s by our team of qualified mechanics. Conveniently, this can be arranged in conjunction with your habitation service to give your motorhome the complete once over. A habitation check is like an MOT for your favourite part of your motorhome; the part where you eat, sleep and socialise! Habitation checks will maintain the high standard of your motorhome for years to come.

Our process

We arrange a specific motorhome appointment time with you where we discuss your requirements, talk about how we may be able to assist and what products and/or services that we may be able to recommend based on your individual needs.

Once we’ve discussed your needs, we will conduct a visual inspection of your motorhome to assess the required works and ensure vehicle compatibility with any additional extras you’ve requested. We will always invite you to accompany us whilst this is carried out, but feel free to sit in our welcome area and enjoy a free hot beverage from our lovely machine instead!

After the visual inspection, we will then prepare a transparent quotation for you upfront and will happily explain any costs or materials needed to complete the works before we take the vehicle into our care. You will always be contacted in advance should your vehicle require additional work or more time in our workshop and will agree a fair price so you can safely avoid any unexpected bill shock.

Before we contact you to let you know your requests have been completed, we will conduct a quality check of all works undertaken to ensure we continue to deliver on our exceptionally high standards. Once we’ve completed the check, we will arrange a time for you to collect your leisure vehicle.

When you arrive to collect we will provide you with an itemised breakdown of the final invoice and explain the final works carried out on your vehicle and happily demonstrate any extras that may have had fitted so that you can drive away with confidence.
