Our service commitment to you:
- We will arrange a specific motorhome service appointment time with you to discuss your requirements.
- We will carry out a visual inspection of your motorhome and we invite you to accompany us whilst this inspection is carried out. Once done we will send you a C it Now video with our technician talking you through the vehicle while showing you what needs to be done, or not. Sometimes seeing what is required is much easier than explaining and we all know a picture paints a thousand words.
- We will prepare a quotation of work for you, for annual habitation or servicing.
- Should your vehicle require additional work or more time in our workshop, we will contact you in advance and let you know.
- A quality check of works undertaken will be carried out prior to handing the vehicle over to you.
- We will ensure that we explain the works carried out on your vehicle and provide you with a breakdown of the final invoice.
- We make a simple commitment to all motorhome owners, whether you bought your vehicle from us or not, that we will maintain your vehicle to the highest quality standards by using the best possible people, equipment and parts.
Annual Habitation Service
Our habitation checks ensure that all living area features function correctly. With our NCC-Approved technicians carrying out the service, this will help retain your warranty on your vehicle. We cover everything from electrical systems to water systems, inspecting each component carefully to make sure it’s in peak condition.
Gas Repairs and Checks
We inspect all gas appliances, fittings, and connections, ensuring that everything is working correctly and safely. If repairs are needed, our skilled technicians are certified to handle gas-related issues on motorhomes and hire vehicles. If you’re a landlord renting motorhomes or campervans, UK law requires you to comply with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulation 1998. After the check, given that it has passed, our engineers can provide you with a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12), otherwise they can create a plan for repairs and maintenance to get you there. If you’re buying a motorhome, a damp survey ensures there are no hidden issues. Similarly, when selling, providing a damp-free report can make your vehicle more attractive to buyers. Many manufacturers’ warranties and insurance policies require regular damp checks to validate claims. Failing to conduct surveys could result in your claims being denied.
